VerifyStub

Pricing: start free, subscribe when the volume is there

The checks and downloads are the same on every plan. What changes is how many stubs you can run a month and how many pages of a long file are converted.

Same checks everywhere. Every plan runs the net-pay math, the earnings sum and the YTD chain, and every plan gets the CSV, chain report and JSON downloads. VerifyStub checks arithmetic only. It does not detect altered documents or verify employment.

What do the plan limits measure?

Limits are stated in stubs per month and pages per file. A stub is one pay stub read into one row of the worksheet. A file is the PDF or image you upload, and its page count is what the pages-per-file limit refers to. The page code behind a plan is counted in pages, as described above, so a file costs the pages it holds, whatever number of stubs is on them.

Files over 10 pages are converted up to page 10 on the free allowance; a page code converts the whole file, up to 150 pages. A page code is used only for a file over 10 pages or a second file in a day.

The free allowance is separate and is counted per day: 1 file per day, up to 10 pages, no account.

How to move from free to a plan

  1. Run a real file on the free allowance

Use one multi-page PDF with a full stack of stubs. You will see the worksheet, the checks and the downloads that every plan produces.

  2. Decide on volume

If you process a few applicants a month, Pro's 300 stubs cover about 50 files of six stubs. A desk with several people sharing the work is what Team's 5 seats and 1,500 stubs are for.

  3. Subscribe

Use the Subscribe button for the plan. PayPal checkout opens for that plan, and after you approve the subscription PayPal brings you back to this page.

  4. Enter your page code

After the first payment we email a page code from [email protected]; each renewal tops up the same code. Enter it once, in the box on this page or above the uploader on the home page. It then covers files over 10 pages (up to 150 pages) and extra files in a day. The converter, the checks and the downloads are otherwise unchanged.

Pricing and billing: common questions

What do I get for free?

1 file per day, up to 10 pages, no account. The result is the same as on paid plans: the on-screen worksheet, the per-stub checks, the YTD chain, and the CSV, chain report and JSON downloads. The free tier is limited by volume and pages per file, not by features. Files over 10 pages are converted up to page 10 on the free allowance; a page code converts the whole file, up to 150 pages.

What happens when the free file is used?

The page shows the message from the service saying the allowance is used, with a reminder to enter a page code if you bought one. The free allowance is per day, so you can also come back later.

What does Pro include?

300 stubs per month and files up to 150 pages, with the CSV and the chain report for every file, for $49 per month. Behind it is a page code that each monthly payment loads with 45,000 pages (300 × 150).

What does Team include?

1,500 stubs per month, files up to 150 pages and 5 seats, for $129 per month. Each monthly payment loads the page code with 225,000 pages (1,500 × 150). The seats are the same code entered in each person's browser.

How do I subscribe?

Use the Subscribe button on the plan. It opens PayPal checkout for that plan, and after you approve the subscription PayPal brings you back to this page. Your page code then arrives by email from [email protected], usually within a few minutes. Enter it once in the box on this page or above the uploader on the home page.

The page-code email has not arrived. What do I do?

Allow a few minutes and check your spam folder; the sender is [email protected]. If it is still missing, write to [email protected] with the email address you paid with.

What happens when I renew or cancel?

Each renewal tops up the same page code with the plan's pages. Unused pages roll over and never expire. If you cancel, the pages already paid for stay on the code and keep working.

Are the checks different on paid plans?

No. The net-pay math, the earnings sum, the YTD chain and the missing-period detection are the same on every plan. Plans differ in volume and in how many pages of a long file are converted.

Is card information collected on this site?

No. This site has no card form. Payment is handled by PayPal at checkout, and card details are entered there.

What if I need more than 1,500 stubs a month?

Email [email protected] with the volume and what you process, and we will reply with options.

Do paid plans handle uploads differently?

No. Files are processed in memory and deleted after conversion on every plan, as described in the privacy page.

Who do I contact about billing?

[email protected]. Replies to the page-code email go there too.
